Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with a 30-day money back guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your choice of fountains less the shipping costs.  In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions.  Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

Warranties

All items, if any, are warrantied by the manufacters.  No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by CJGifts.  Serene Fountains is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).  Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested a refund will be issued.  Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of  Serene Fountains.

We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received.  Orders are usually shipped by UPS Ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone.  It averages 5-10 business days ,in most cases, from the day that the order was placed.  Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in the warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time such as Holiday Seasons or out of stock items.  Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 8 weeks.  We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if an ordered item has been discontinued or is no longer available.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before the times indicated, please e-mail us for current shipping times.  Also by placing a rush order your shipping cost will increase greatly.
